Neal Construction & Consulting, Inc. is a turn-key contracting company serving the triangle and triad areas of North Carolina. We offer full site packages from demo and grading to underground utilities, asphalt and concrete. We hold an Unlimited NC Commercial Building & Public Utilities (Water & Sewer) General Contractors License.

Neal Construction & Consulting, Inc.'s mission is to develop and maintain working relationships with owners and other associate general contractors to provide quality work on each project at competitive prices. Our attention to detail, integrity, and experience will sustain our business relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Our Team
Ken Neal
Owner/COO
With over 25 years in the underground utility industry, Ken brings experience from both the private and public sectors of utility construction & repair and holds a Commercial Building and Underground Utilities License with the State of North Carolina.
Ken was formerly an Assistant Superintendent at the City of Raleigh Public Utilities Sewer Department, overseeing multiple projects and crews on a daily basis.
Ken was also an employee of a nationally renowned contracting company and was responsible for the execution of multi-million dollar commercial projects.
Ken is a member and teacher for NC AWWA and stays current on certifications and up to date on AWWA compliance.
Jon Stephenson
Senior Project Manager/Estimator
Jon has over 20 years in the underground utility and construction fields ranging from Raleigh to Charlotte.
Jon was formerly in sales and estimating with Fortiline Waterworks in Raleigh, NC for projects of all sizes. During his tenure with Fortiline, Jon developed many relationships with local contractors and commercial owners.
With Jon's experience, he brings valuable knowledge in estimating and project execution/management.
Courtney Neal
CFO/Accounting Manager
Courtney has been in the accounting and business management field since 1997, specializing in the utility and construction industries. She also holds an Accounting and Business Management degree.
While overseeing multiple accounts, projects, taxes, payroll, contract execution for utility companies, Courtney brings a high attention to detail and compliance to the company.
